Jobs Opportunies : 300 Brand ambassadors and 20 Supervisors

 

We are seeking 300 enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as brand ambassadors, along with 20 supervisors, to promote a financial institutions services  in various locations including Douala, Yaoundé, Buea, Limbe, Bafoussam, and Garoua.

As a brand ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, assist them in opening bank accounts, and present a positive and professional image of our brand both online and offline.

 

To excel in the role of a brand ambassador, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an outgoing and friendly personality, and a genuine passion for financial  products and services. A Higher National Diploma in Cameroon and a minimum age of 18 are required. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service would be advantageous.

 

Terms & Renumeration

This position entails a one-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance. You will receive fixed rate plus a competitive commission for each account opened and will benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support from our team.

 

Responsibilities of Brand Ambassadors:

 

• Engage with potential customers within your assigned area
• Articulate the benefits and features of our bank's products and services
• Persuade customers to open bank accounts and provide assistance throughout the process
• Gather and report customer feedback to management
• Generate engaging content about our bank on various social media platforms
• Represent our bank as a spokesperson during online and offline events
• Foster connections and build trust with customers and community members
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional code of conduct

 

Requirements for Brand Ambassadors:

 

• Higher National Diploma in Cameroon or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Genuine passion for our bank's products and services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to different situations
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is desirable
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
